FunktionalHome bursts onto the home repair scene in 2021, from an idea of David Kessler.
David decided to pour his long-time experience as a contractor and electrician into this project in order to help everyone, from experts to first-time DIYers, to turn their house into their dream home without always having to rely on expensive services.
It wasn’t long before more people joined the FunktionalHome team. Today, the only way to describe this family is as your friendly neighborhood home repair professionals who are ready to answer all of your needs.

FunktionalHome was born from a single question: what can you do when you need to make the kind of home repairs that are not worth calling a contractor over but are too big to be ignored?
